Are you ready to taste some fabulous cheese made by some of the most talented and creative members of the LGBTQ+ community? Join us for a pride-themed BYOB cheese tasting class at Philly Cheese School!

In this class, we're celebrating Pride Month by showcasing cheeses that either come from queer-owned farms or that simply feel "gay" in their flavors, textures and fabulousness. Trust us, this is going to be a delicious and fun experience!

A professional cheese expert will guide you through a tasting journey of 4-5 stunning cheeses, each with a unique story and personality. You'll learn about the different types of cheeses, how they're made, and what makes them stand out from the rest.

Whether you're a cheese aficionado or just looking for a fun and tasty way to celebrate Pride Month, this class is for you! So grab your friends, favorite beverage and let's have a cheesy good time! About Your Instructor:

Alex Stanton is an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional (a very big deal in the Cheese World), so she understands the nuance of cheese better than most! Alex dove head first into the world of cheese a number of years ago, and these days she spends her days sourcing incredible cheeses for sale and crafting stunning custom cheese boards and boxes for her South Jersey-based business, Laverna's.

• All public classes are BYOB and open only to adults 21+. This class will take place at the brand new PCS Classroom, click here for more info about the space.
• In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled event time.
