About the event
Absolutely, there has never been a more opportune moment to indulge in domestic wines and cheeses! In today's world, where the importance of supporting local businesses is increasingly recognized, it's essential to extend that support to what we consume. Whether it's the fruits of vineyards in Pennsylvania, milk from cows grazing on the lush pastures of Vermont, or the offerings from producers throughout the country, our journey to explore these local treasures promises to be an exciting culinary adventure.
In this era of rediscovering our love for local, we are so excited to take a deeper dive into the rich tapestry of flavors that American artisans have to offer. So, join us on this delectable journey, and let's raise our glasses to the incredible wines and cheeses that showcase the very best of our domestic culinary heritage.
This special class will be hosted by our friend and Philly-based sommelier, Dan Solway of Santé. Dan has converted his Italian Market apartment into an intimate dining and wine tasting space, having hosted dozens of tastings and events with some of the best chefs in the city.
Please note this class DOES NOT take place at the PCS Classroom. This event will be held at the Santé dining room, located in the Italian Market just a few blocks away. Upon booking, you will recieve the address.
